Yes, a $2,000 booking fee is required to hold your date. Additional payments are due 15 months, 10 months, and 4 months prior to your event, unless otherwise stated in your contract. We don't offer a payment plan.

We require a scheduled appointment for a personal tour. Virtual tours may also be available.

The venue opens at 11am on your wedding day, and their staff will begin setting up your space at that time. You can visit to see the process while you get ready.

Yes, you must use one of their bar service partners (average $2,000-$4,000) for alcohol service. A list of approved bar service partners will be provided. Full-service caterers of your choice are allowed with conditions (see catering agreement). Catering starts at $31/head.

You can choose your own full-service caterer, but they must be licensed, have prior venue recommendations, provide full-service staff, and stay until the end of your event. Approval by Manchester Mill on the Water’s staff is required at least 90 days before the event.

Typically, couples still hire a caterer, bar service, officiant, music, photographer, and florist. Visit our Vendors Guide to explore the area’s best vendors.

Music must conclude by 10:30 pm with guests off the property and to the afterparty location by 11:00 pm. An afterparty location is encouraged and a list of local establishments can be provided.

Yes, two vehicles can be left in approved on-site parking overnight. Manchester Mill on the Water encourages responsible driving and suggests ride-sharing if you've been drinking.

The venue can accommodate 140 seated guests (not including staffing/vendors).

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval at the ceremony and for pictures. They must be leashed and have a designated handler other than the wedding party or immediate family. They must be removed from the property after photos. Dogs or other pets will not be allowed in the Bridal Suite or other parts of the building aside from the main floor.

Manchester Mill on the Water accepts cash, check, card, or wire transfer for payment.

Yes, Manchester Mill on the Water can accommodate guests of honor in the (included) Bridel Suite for the night, with checkout at 9 AM.

Yes, Manchester Mill on the Water can host weddings any month or season.
