Yes, Manchester Mill on the Water will provide on-site wifi and standard 15A 120 volt wall outlets in designated areas throughout the venue.
Yes, parking is available by the neighboring parking lot adjacent to the Manchester Mill on the Water. In addition, while street parking is available, the Manchester Mill on the Water asks that you direct your guests in your plans to the public parking lot adjacent to the Manchester Mill on the property. This allows for neighboring businesses to have street parking for their customers. It’s encouraged for all guests driving to drink responsibly and utilize ride-sharing.
Due to limited space, deliveries and drop-offs can only be accommodated on the day of your event. Manchester Mill on the Water is not responsible for rentals left outside the rental period.
Candles are only allowed for the duration of ceremonial purposes. In general, candles or other flame devices (with the exception of sternos for catering) will not be allowed during the event. We are committed to preserving the historic nature and wooden structure of the Manchester Mill building.
