The venue opens at 11am on your wedding day, staff and vendors may begin setting up your space at that time.
No, you have the option to use a caterer and/or bar service of your choice, as Manchester Mill on the Water does not provide these services.
Typically, couples still hire a caterer, linen service, bar service, officiant, music, photographer, and florist. Visit our Vendors Guide to explore the area’s best vendors:
Music must conclude by 10:30 pm with guests exiting the property by 11:00 pm. An afterparty location is encouraged and a list of local establishments can be provided.
Yes, parking is available by the neighboring parking lot adjacent to the Manchester Mill on the Water. In addition, while street parking is available, the Manchester Mill on the Water asks that you direct your guests in your plans to the public parking lot adjacent to the Manchester Mill on the property. This allows for neighboring businesses to have street parking for their customers. It’s encouraged for all guests driving to drink responsibly and utilize ride-sharing.
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval at the ceremony and for pictures. They must be leashed and have a designated handler other than the wedding party or immediate family. They must be removed from the property after photos. Dogs or other pets will not be allowed in the Bridal Suite or other parts of the building aside from the main floor.
Manchester Mill on the Water accepts cash, check, card, or wire transfer for payment.
